Q) Can I return my Mystery Box?

A) Yes, you can return your mystery box to receive a full refund or swap, however you will still have to pay for the original and return shipping. It must also include all the original items, which have been recorded with each sale.

Q) How are the items shipped?

A) The items are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery unless you choose express delivery. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Q) Can I pick what I get?

A) You cannot select the exact items you'll get, hence the mystery, however, you can select the style of the mystery box and the specific size you're after. And if you message us on insta with your order number and what kind of style you're after, we'll do our best to cater to that
