You might have some questions about our store so here are the answers to the most common questions we get.

 

What condition are the clothes in?

Our clothes are all sourced second hand, so as is the nature of the vintage market, most of our clothes will not be brand new. In order to maintain a high standard of product however, we try to avoid sourcing items that are in bad condition, but sometimes the items are just too cool that it's still worth getting. If an item does have flaws however, that will be reflected in the price and all flaws associated with it will be mentioned in the description.

How long does shipping take

All items will be shipped within 2 working days of your purchase and sent using Royal Mail. Delivery speeds will depend on the option you choose at checkout. 1st Class takes 1-2 working days and 2nd Class takes 2-3 working days. However, during covid-19 heavy lockdown restrictions, delivery times may vary dependant on your location and Royal Mail's capacity

There's a problem with my order, what do I do?

If there's a problem with your order, please contact us to let us know your problems.

If your parcel has not arrived then please let us know and we'll investigate it. If we come to the conclusion that the item has been lost in the post, we will refund you.

If your item is not as described, we apologise sincerely as we try our best to accurately list all flaws that our items might have due to their vintage nature, so if evidence is provided that shows our mistake, we will try to resolve it through an appropriate partial refund or a full return

However, we do not accept returns for items that do not fit you properly as we provide accurate measurements on all our products so that you can decide whether or not it will fit you prior to purchase.
